Agentry ("we", "us") is operated by 16329802 Canada Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through agentry.lifestyle, why we collect it, and your rights. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form or email hello@agentry.lifestyle, we receive your name, email address and the message you write.
- Technical data. Our website host, Netlify, may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this for security and to keep the site running.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To provide services you ask us to provide.
- To protect the website and meet legal obligations.
By contacting us, you agree that we may use your information for these purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our website and email: Netlify (hosting) and Zoho (email). They handle information only on our behalf. Your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where local laws may allow authorities to access it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Customer data
If you ask us to build an agent that handles your business's data, we handle that data under a separate written agreement with you.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, generally no more than 2 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We protect information with encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@agentry.lifestyle and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
