These terms apply to your use of agentry.lifestyle (the "Website"), operated by 16329802 Canada Inc. ("Agentry", "we", "us"). By using the Website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
What the Website is
The Website describes Agentry and the AI agents we design and build. The example agents shown are illustrations. They are not products you can buy as listed, and they do not promise a specific result.
Our services
Any work we do for you, such as building an agent, is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
No professional advice
Content on the Website, and output from AI agents, is general information. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. Check important results with a qualified professional before you rely on them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website unlawfully or to harm others;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
- copy or scrape the Website's content in bulk without our permission.
Contact form and messages
The contact form opens your own email app. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other highly sensitive information by email.
Intellectual property
The Website's text, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Website, but you may not reuse its content without our written permission.
No warranty
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Agentry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Website may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
